While the food consistently received high praises for its freshness and flavor, the service left much to be desired. Many guests reported long waits for orders, incorrect dishes being served, and an alarming lack of proactive staff engagement. Some customers even experienced discrepancies in billing. Despite the elegant atmosphere and commendable hygiene standards, several patrons voiced their discontent with the overall experience, declaring intentions not to return. In contrast, a few enjoyed superb service and memorable meals, highlighting an inconsistency that potential visitors should consider.
The staff and food at this restaurant are terrible. Avoid coming here at all costs.

It is a good Indian restaurant. Always very busy. It is a fair bit more expensive than over Indian restaurants but I do know it will be good. It's a shame they won't deliver despite my average bill being over £100 and a bit strange they won't throw in complimentary poppadoms or beer.
