We had booked an early dinner from their website a... read more I cannot understand how this restaurant accepts table reservations when it is apparently closed for 6 months. We had booked an early dinner from their website after a theatre visit in Tunbridge Wells and arrived at 5.30 to find the place eerily boarded up with mail gathering on the door mat. Enquiring next door we were told it had shot for 6 months. Fortunately next door accepted us even though they were fully booked on that evening. There was no indication on the website that it was closed. This is inexcusable. Suppose we had been a family group out for a special celebration evening? Will not be visiting again if it reopens!!

It wasn’t... read more From the outside this restaurant doesn’t look like much. Don’t be fooled. This place is FANTASTIC. We went as a group of 4 and had a great time there. It wasn’t particularly busy the night we were there. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and was friendly too. It makes such a difference when the waiter is doing a good job, and this guy was brilliant. We ordered some garlic mushrooms that weren’t on the menu. The waiter assured us the chef would be more than happy to do a special dish for us which was great. Every dish we ordered was really tasty and looked as though the chef had really put a lot of effort in to each dish. I will certainly be returning soon. Highly recommended. Thanks
