After waiting 15-20 minutes without receiving my food, I decided to drive to the pickup window. An employee greeted me, and I explained that I had ordered online, checked in as instructed, and still hadn’t received my food. She informed me that I needed to come inside to pick it up, but that contradicts what my email and app indicated. She said she would retrieve my order, and when she brought it out, I pointed out how my email clearly stated that a sub maker would bring the food directly to my vehicle, as I had provided my car's model and color in the app for that purpose. Her response was just a blank stare. I wouldn’t recommend this Subway location. I opted for the app to avoid dealing with people and to ensure my order was correct since it’s all written out for them.
