The food is excellent, though a bit pricey. For takeout during lunch, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

Slowest service ever. Nobody at the front counter for several minutes then my order of 1 single item took ages to get. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Usually we go through the drive through, but today we decided to go in and try the Wagu burger. Food and service was good, but the regional managers (or corporate) decided to take two tables at the front of the lobby and have a loud discussion about processes, who should do what at 8am for breakfast, and discussions about employees. We were seated 3 tables away, but the volume and over excited happiness chat felt like it was in the same booth. Look, I get that you have to have conversations with people, but that's not a good look for customers. I got to hear all the bad things about the location and owner chat too. Those discussions should be held outside of the public eye, or at least held at the back of the store rather than the front tables in the lobby. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
