They messed up our order and as a result my 5 yr. Old grandson cried. KFC is not what we thought it would be. They need to teach their Staff how to listen and prepare the orders for what the Customer wants and not what the Staff thinks they should have. Iwas very angry. Ordering there was a bad choice for us!!!!!

The portions have been reduced by half, the biscuits were smaller and yet the price doubled. I love KFC but I refuse to pay their ridiculous prices.Parking: The parking lot had huge pot holes.
