KFC - Tomah
KFC
Description
Located along a busy route, this KFC mixes bright, modern cleanliness and speedy drive‑thru takeout with uneven service and quality. Signature items like the Famous Bowl and crispy combos often arrive hot and satisfying, but customers report cold or misassembled orders, shrunken portions, missing sides, and rising prices. Accessibility is a plus, yet confusing parking, potholes, and limited vegetarian choices frustrate some visitors. Ideal for quick roadside meals, but bring scrutiny: check your bag and temper expectations for consistency.

The portions have been reduced by half, the biscuits were smaller and yet the price doubled. I love KFC but I refuse to pay their ridiculous prices.Parking: The parking lot had huge pot holes. And it was confusing to figure out how to get the parking lot . Which was from another business and not marked
My daughter's went to KFC in tomah today. When they got home which is 15 min the chicken tenders were ice cold as if they were never cooked. They were rubbery and they couldn't be torn in half or cut. When she called them the manager said you need to drive back here so we can look at them to determine what to do. My daughter did not have time to run back 15 miles to discuss options. The manager told her that there is no refund policy on anything and she would be SOL.We will never be eating there again. Mind you this is not the first time this has happened. It has happened to many others as well. Extremely disappointed!!!!
**Vegetarian options:** Honestly, I don’t think there are many vegetarian choices besides the coleslaw. **Parking:** I can't say much about the parking situation since I found it somewhat challenging to navigate. It was quite difficult to find a spot, which added to my discontent. **Kid-friendliness:** Unless you want your kids to have an overload of soda and unhealthy food, I wouldn’t recommend taking them there. **Wheelchair accessibility:** The only positive aspect I found was the wheelchair accessibility—getting in with a wheelchair was fairly easy. Unfortunately, everything else left much to be desired.
