People with cars...all drove around the long way. We were travelling by bike so this was not an option. We had to find a motel in South Baymouth, and there was no compensation from the ferry company. They did not even give us priority on the ferry when it ran again the next day, even though we were on bikes i.e. no car.

During the pandemic, safety measures were enforced and the staff made sure that all passengers followed the rules, which we greatly appreciated. The ferry ride... read more During the pandemic, safety measures were enforced and the staff made sure that all passengers followed the rules, which we greatly appreciated. The ferry ride was very comfortable, and the crew was helpful. The loading and unloading of the ferry was done quickly and efficiently.

Due to Covid the cafeteria was still closed which was a bummer, so bring a snack and drink if you want to eat. The customer service before the departure...date was fantastic, some how my booking expired or was cancelled without my doing. I sent an email after office hours and was replied to within 30 mins, and everything was rectified the next day with a phone call. Something that you hardly can find these days without being transferred to customer service outsourced to people that are not even in your home country. This was so refreshing.

Despite a few... read more The staff at the restaurant were amazing during the pandemic. They were constantly cleaning and checking on everyone to make sure they were okay. Despite a few bumps in the road that day, the staff handled it with professionalism. Everyone was wearing masks without any complaints. It was a good experience dining with our group of passengers.
