The food was outstanding,... read more I would like to express my gratitude to Larry and his team for the fantastic buffet meal they provided for our staff Christmas party. The food was outstanding, and it was the first time I heard no complaints from anyone. We are looking forward to making ELM our regular meal provider for our Christmas party. I highly recommend Larry and his team for any event you are hosting if you want it to be the talk of the town for days. I also have to give a special mention to the highly praised vegetarian lasagna. I kept hearing about it and was not disappointed when I finally tried it. ***** 5 stars to ELM and their amazing staff!!!

One standout dish is his vegetarian lasagna, which is absolutely incredible. Despite not being a vegetarian myself, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

If you ever get the opportunity you have to try the vegetable asagna it is incredible. I'm not a vegetarian by any stretch but the one day I wanted some more good and he had run out of the meat lasagna so I tried the vegetable instead and truly enjoyed it.
