One standout dish is his vegetarian lasagna, which is absolutely incredible. Despite not being a vegetarian myself, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

If you ever get the opportunity you have to try the vegetable asagna it is incredible. I'm not a vegetarian by any stretch but the one day I wanted some more good and he had run out of the meat lasagna so I tried the vegetable instead and truly enjoyed it.
