What User dislikes about Subway:
The customer service was terrible. I arrived at the restaurant a little after 8 pm and felt unwelcome because they were closing at 9. When I ordered a tuna sandwich, the waitress began to scream because the tuna was bad. Even though my sandwich was already in the toaster, I was still served the bad tuna. As someone who travels frequently for work, I visit Subway about once a month. Unfortunately, most of the time the bread I receive from this particular location is stale and dry.
I had a very nice experience at this subway! The staff were very friendly and seemed to have a good work environment. The sandwich was great and they had no problem with me being a little picky.There was a family eating there and they even went up to them to ask how their sandwich’s were. Will be making this a normal stop for my travels along this route.
Absolutely disgusting and irritating experience every single time this was my last straw. first of all this location hires anybody they can. the young man making my sub had dandruff flakes falling down into my sub. another staff lady had her kids running around as she walked around dancing and singing with her hair so greasy it looked hard. she also had open scabs and wounds she was picking at while working. totally lost my appetite.
Max made my sandwich with ingredients I didn't want, and when I asked him to remove them, he refused. When I requested for him to start over, he threatened physical violence.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Subway located at a gas station. The restaurant was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and my sandwich was delicious. This is a convenient spot to fuel up and grab a quick meal while on the highway.
