When they forgot to give us our strawberry shake, we called to let them know, and we had our receipt ready, but it took us speaking to five different people to get it sorted out. On top of that, they didn't have chocolate or caramel for the sundaes, which seems to be a recurring problem. To make matters worse, they shortchanged us and claimed the money slipped through our fingers. NEVER AGAIN!
