I ordered French fries at 10:30 AM, and they were served quickly, but they were soggy and lacked flavor, almost as if they had been sitting out since the day before. The McDonald's in Thorp, WI, was not up to the standard I expected based on previous experiences. View all feedback.
The meal was decent, but I had to wait 10 minutes for my order.
The customer service at the drive-thru window was exceptional!

The service was quick and friendly. The food was tasty and really satisfied my cravings.
No I cannot give a star. The counter person was rude and would not use the coupon that was given to her before she even rang up the sale. She would not fix. Then we get to work and both sandwiches were wrong. Completely disappointed.
