While we came at probably peak lunch hour on a holiday/Sunday and at a considerably busy time, the staff were all friendly, smiling and welcoming. They managed to branch off a table from a group table to fit us. The waiting time before we got the menus was a bit long, and there we had kind of expected some water or bread while waiting for the food (or at least some water with the wine , but maybe it works differently here
