They le... read more During my visit to Georgia, I stopped by this Bojangles for a quick meal. Despite the staff being young, they were remarkably professional and friendly. They let me know there would be a wait for the chicken supremes, which was no problem. The manager graciously provided me with a Bo Berry biscuit to enjoy while I waited. The food arrived fresh and piping hot.

The chicken wings were juicy and satisfying, and the sweet potato pies were delicious as usual. Overall, the whole experience was excellent.

I was told it would take about 5 minutes for the Chi... read more I stopped by Bojangles' to order a 4-piece Chicken Supreme combo and a breakfast sandwich combo with fries. I was told it would take about 5 minutes for the Chicken Supreme, which I agreed to. After paying and receiving my drinks, I was asked to park and wait for my food. However, after waiting 15 minutes with no food, I went inside the restaurant. The only staff member I saw was preparing my order and said she had just taken my Chicken Supremes out of the fryer. She handed me a bag with my breakfast sandwich and continued working on the Chicken Supreme combo. I checked the sandwich to make sure it was correct, then put it back in the bag. When I asked about the fries for the sandwich, the staff took the sandwich bag, placed it behind the counter, added the fries, and then disappeared into the back without a word. This experience with the Bojangles' menu was disappointing.

Both times, I was told I had to wait 15 minutes for chicken. Considering it's a chicken restaurant, they should always have chicken available. I ended up leaving.

The cashier informed the manager,... read more I had a flight to catch in Atlanta, so I asked for a refund because I couldn't wait any longer for them to resolve the issue. The cashier informed the manager, "She wants a refund because someone is taking too long or something." The manager responded, "I wasn't even aware of her order," and the cashier who took my order added, "Neither was I!" What a complete mess!
