After we had to come from the drivethrough into the store The 2 cashiers were rude about it, never apologized and had NO sense of customer service. We will never come here again. The food was too greasy and the Dr. Pepper was almost clear and tasted like c02. Wish stars was a possible rating.

I didn't give one star just for this I've had a few things go wrong with them in the past mostly at night.Ordered again the hard tacos are soft and have a nasty taste to it. It was the old lettuce of it. Will not be back again.

They make you use a kiosk to place your order... read more This Taco Bell in Thomson is one of the worst, with service that mirrors other fast food restaurants in the area. They make you use a kiosk to place your order while they watch you, which can be understandable during peak hours. It's best to skip this exit and head to Grovetown instead. It hurts to say, but it's the truth.
