Grease must be changed asapdie pommes are hardly ever cooked on the right way. they are boiled either so long that the middle is gone and the ends are hard enough to break their teeth or not cooked long enough and are cold and the same consistency as kartoffels kartoffeln.
I wish I could leave half a star because I did receive food though it was cold. It took them an hour to get us our whole order. Another woman had come in from the drive through because she had been waiting thirty minutes for one sandwich. Once she received it, it was poorly made and also cold.
The wait was too long and my order was incorrect, but I appreciated that they were transparent about the challenges caused by Covid on restaurants. I believe that once they have the opportunity to improve, their operations will run more smoothly.
On April 24th, 2022, everything was awful. There was a bug in my child's chicken dish, which left us very unhappy. The service was equally terrible, with all the staff being rude.
The customer service is awful. After getting to the second window to pick up my order. The young lady was very rude. My order wasn't right. The young lady said, Well, you shouldn't have touch it the cup. I will not accept it back with all this COVID going on I let the lady know that the cup hasn't been in my car and that I let you know when you was handing me the order. I also let her know that she was very rude She said a few words not so kind and unprofessional. I parked my car and went into the establishment to talk to a manager. The manager met me at the counter. I wanted the young lady name. The manager said she would handle it.The manager fixed my order correctly. The young lady was still at the window mouthing off saying that I cursed her and that she needed handle it. The restaurant had other customers dining in and drive thru. The young lady needs to know about customer service. She handing out orders with her bare hand by not protecting herself. Very rude employee and unprofessional customer service.
