I went to go pick up the order and turns out when I asked which location he failed to tell me it was the location 20 mins from me and said it was the one down the street. When I called and told him I was 20 mins away he told me he will not make my order because he is going to close (9pm on a Saturday) and to not be angry. I explained to him that I had already placed an order and it should already be made? He said no I have to make it and I don’t want too, it’s closing time.Don’t bother eating here there a lot of other places to eat who actually honor call ahead orders.

So my first experience the week before Thanksgiving was mediocre. I thought it was because I got the food at about 8pm so it wasn’t too fresh. The chicken was dry and the grilled onions were cold and so were the tortillas. Also the ribs were all fat and no meat. Nevertheless, I decided to give it another chance today. I called and asked the woman if I can pre order a mixed plate as I was on my way.. however, I asked if I can get the ribs taken off. Hoping she would offer substitutions, she bluntly said that the ribs come with it and if I take them off, it’s just gonna be less meat.. well, that in itself was a little off putting considering the mixed plate for 2 cost $16. I’m not paying for 90% fat and 10% meat on the ribs. Maybe they should be a a little more accommodating and not so rude with substitutions.. also a modernized payment system will work because I NEVER carry cash and I had to drive around to find an atm that might because the one in chevron was out of order.

Simply walked up and asked for a mixed plate moments after 2 Hispanic guys and was told no more then as I'm going to my car another Hispanic guy walks up and orders just because sad to say but will never receive my business again

Be prepared to go with cash. Typical trucks that been around for awhile accept credit cards. This place does not. What a waste of time stopping here. Can’t remember the last time I even carried cash.
