I used to go here all the time, I 'm always polite, I say please and thank you to everyone and I share my receipts with my mom who likes to use them for the promotional offers. My mom went here, tried to use one of the promotions she uses there (all the time without issue) and not only did they refuse to honor the discount but a larger young man who I often see working the drive thru, got aggressive, telling my mom to act up then when she tried to change her order to something they would accomodate and saying she should go to a different burger king where they are nicer while throwing the receipt at her. Poor service or food is not surprising from burger king, I don 't care about that, but a large young man trying to provoke an altercation with an elderly customer is disgusting behavior and everyone who stands by while this guy picks fights with people who can 't defend themselves should be ashamed

I ordered a Double Whopper Combo w/ medium fries drink.The Double Whooper tasted very juicy, but lacked taste. They should least seasoned it w/ bsc salt pepper on both sides.The fries were a little soft needed salt. I fixed that by adding salt from their salt packets provided their drink station.My Dr. Pepper. It tasted a little flat. It could have used a little bit more carbonation flavor. All 3 of these are easily correctable. Would come here again ? Maybe
