What Andy Jäger likes about Cleeve Fish:
Good fish and chips at good prices! The staff can be a bit grumpy, but it's a takeaway so that isn't really an issue. The menus on display place doesn't always show all the options available, so it's best to check online. Halloumi comes in different options; as fingers or battered and others. Vegetarian options: Lots of Halloumi options, all are pretty decent. Parking: Can park over the road at either Lidl or Tesco.... View all feedback. What Alex doesn't like about Cleeve Fish:
Took 80 minutes to arrive. We love this place our go to for many orders over the years. But long delivery time and 2/3 meals cold. Very disappointing but too late now just need to eat and head to bed. Hope it was just a bad day View all feedback.

Great standard of fish and chips as usual. The burger was good also. Thank you.

read moreA recent visit to a popular fish and chip shop in Cheltenham revealed a mixed bag of experiences. While the food received mixed reviews, with some praising the large portions and delicious fish, others found the chips soggy and tasteless. Service seemed to be inconsistent, with some customers reporting long wait times and disorganization, while others noted efficient and friendly service. The atmosphere was generally rated as average, with concerns raised about cleanliness behind the counter. Despite some shortcomings, the restaurant remains a favorite for its good prices and tasty dishes, making it worth a visit for fans of southern fried chicken and cod and chips.
