The service was good. Not above and beyond, but good. Again, the food was good, but not above and beyond. The atmosphere was ok. A bit stark, not cosie. The price of the Christmas dinner was reasonable. The price if drinks was very expensive. Parking: An adequate number of spaces. If there was a big party there would be a problem. We just enjoyed a tasty Sunday lunch, with roast beef for me and pork for my wife. We also had a nice pint of local bitter and received excellent service. We will definitely be back again. Dining in for lunch cost £10–20 per person.

Lovely views. Very friendly and efficient service. Dog friendly. Ideal spot to stop while out walking the dog. The truffle and parmesan fries are delicious.
