What Rose L doesn't like about Di Vang:
Bartender thought I had a fake Id because I showed her 2 separate ids.. a drivers license and a state ID.. one from my home state and the other from Louisiana and she was still on edge with serving me so I just asked her if she was being difficult because I was black. Honeyy have I got the place for the best bun bo hue. But there are rules on how to attain this bowl of noodZ.
