After driving 30 minutes to pick up my food and another 30 minutes back home, I discovered that I had received the wrong order. When I called the restaurant to... read more After driving 30 minutes to pick up my food and another 30 minutes back home, I discovered that I had received the wrong order. When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, I was informed that I couldn't get a refund unless I returned to the restaurant, despite explaining that I live a half-hour away. Given that this was not a cheap meal, I reluctantly decided to make the one-hour round trip for a refund. Upon arriving, I was greeted with apologies, which was appreciated, and they refunded me. However, I still didn't receive my correct order. As a result, on what happens to be my wedding anniversary, my wife ended up eating alone, and I am now on my way to In-N-Out after spending two hours trying to rectify the situation. A young manager came out and offered me a $10 gift card for my next visit, but honestly, I just wanted my food.

The customer service is outstanding, and while the prices may be slightly elevated, the quality makes it absolutely worth it. They receive fresh fish daily, and they even have live shrimp. Recently, they began serving seared wagyu beef nigiri over rice, which is a fantastic addition. We visited for the first time to celebrate my wife's birthday and to see one of the new sushi chefs, JC, whom we remember from a local sushi place in Hemet. This has definitely become our new favorite spot, as everything we tried was incredible!

Try anything it is all amazing. My favorite is the B.S.C.R, Chris Special, fried calamari, and more.
