This restaurant offers traditional sushi and Japanese cuisine. The customer service is outstanding, and while the prices may be slightly elevated, the quality makes it absolutely worth it. They receive fresh fish daily, and they even have live shrimp. Recently, they began serving seared wagyu beef nigiri over rice, which is a fantastic addition. We visited for the first time to celebrate my wife's birthday and to see one of the new sushi chefs, JC, whom we remember from a local sushi place in Hemet. This has definitely become our new favorite spot, as everything we tried was incredible!
Overall good. Ordered the salmon campacho was missing 2 of its ingredients. Miso soup best we have had. Hand rolls good size.Plenty of parking. Opened at 430pm and already crowded,service was good but slow to start. Highly recommendFood: 4/5
