Cold wings OLD wings Way over-cooked wings Out of carrots Out of Ranch Out of salt and pepper Out of ice The fries were hot and tasty.....I just wanted to hit them with a tiny bit of salt and pepper. Friendly enough service, but not very efficient or knowledgeable. I know young adults are the backbone of the food service industry, but perhaps have someone over 17 who, when asked where the salt and pepper is, doesn 't say uhhhhh, it 's my second day as she walks away. Real bummer of a trip..

I couldn't blame the delivery service for this order because the bag was sealed meaning Epic Wings completed this order. I was disappointed in many ways with my order. 1st no utensils to eat my tenderloins and no straw for my drink. 2nd the extra ranch I ordered on the side looked totally different from the small ranch for my veggies which leads to my 3rd issue. Usually it comes with carrots and celery but all celery? I'm more or a carrots person myself. Very disappointed
