Went in for lunch, ordered a breakfast, what I got was some items under cooked, some over, a trendy over priced failure. Toast, over, rock hard, bairly edible, Tom's, under, not cooked, snags, like an extra shrunk skinny chipolata, poached eggs, good quality but tiny and next to no white, hogs, pink, raw in middle, bacon, over, like streaky off cuts, fatty. House beans were mainly chick peas and too much chilli yuck!... View all feedback.

We really like this place. the personal is friendly and attentive and the place is clean. the breakfast is the best. the difference here is that they decent ingredients are not cheap catering sausages and so on, so the result is super tasty. they are a young baptism, but they could teach many other places how to make an early piece right. carry the good work.
Brilliant eating, boiled by two young chefs who work hard and earn all accolades that come their way! a great place to eat, a beautiful atmosphere with good staff. if you want to eat fine without paying the earth, this is the place to go!
A fantastic new place to breakfast, lunch and dinner in ashburton! great coffee and interior design as well; well made amy and joe to make ashburton an even better place.
We asked a local where we could get the best breakfast and so was pointed to The Old Library. He was so right.... The breakfast was amazing all so incredibly tasty. My sons had the croissant avocado scrambled eggs bacon again delicious and the plum jam great. Such a lovely open setting.. Good luck we will return.
