All fish cooked to perfection, lovely moist large flakes of fish and light batter. The chips were lovely too. Staff were polite, attentive and very helpful. Ordered lattes which tasted great, the only negative was that the lattes were supplied in a small teacup and saucer, so expensive for what you got, they should really have been in larger cups......Overall though, it was an excellent experience and great food and we would definitely return.

The rice cones... read more This restaurant serves the best fish and chips. We tried the cod with chips, haddock with chips, and lemon sole served with rice cones and chips. The rice cones were a unique touch with a light batter coating. The cod was delicious with a light batter and fresh, moist fish. The chips were cooked to perfection. The 64-mile round trip was well worth it. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who also had a great sense of humor. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The fish was amazing, with a light and crispy batter, paired perfectly with delicious chips. It was served on a hot plate with tartare sauce and lemon. It was absolutely perfect.
