We arrived at 12.45 on a Saturday. To be told no food at all . Young girl was just daydreaming behind bar .(no greeting). So had one drink and went. We were actually looking for a permanent venue for a club meeting. For 20 people once a month Inc food So looks like they have shot themselves in the foot.so will go elsewhere. .
Friendly pub. Not sure if they regularly do food, but did it for us as a special!
Not been in the whistle for a few years but just recently called in for a pint and a game of pool, what a transformation brilliant decor, the people that owne it very polite. Definitely going back

I highly recommend visiting The Silent Whistle, recently renovated and under new management. My experience ordering pizza was outstanding - it was fresh, hot, and generously portioned. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done!
