Communication before plac... read more I wish there was an option to give zero stars. The ordering process was good and easy, but everything went downhill immediately after. Communication before placing the order was good, so I didn't bother checking reviews since I had ordered from here many times before without any issues. However, this time was different as I ordered a custom cake, and everything was discussed and agreed upon through WhatsApp messages. I went to meet the person I had been communicating with in Wembley, who assured me that everything would be perfect. I made a full payment for the order to be processed, but a week before the event, I tried to check on the status of the cake and my messages were no longer being delivered. I tried calling multiple times, but there was no response and eventually found out that the company was temporarily closed. There was no notification informing customers of this, which was extremely disappointing. It would have been better if they had communicated that they would no longer be able to provide the service.

Look at other reviews that will tell you the same thing. We ordered a birthday cake over 2 months in advance for a celebration at a restaurant on Saturday. We paid in advance and scheduled the cake to be delivered to the restaurant after 12pm. Our reservation was at 6pm and the cake never showed up! We stayed until 10pm. We asked the restaurant staff multiple times, including the owner, and they checked with different teams but there was no sign of any delivery. Our birthday surprise was ruined for us and all our guests. We tried calling, messaging on WhatsApp, sending direct messages on Instagram, and more since Saturday but we have gotten no response at all. It is shocking how they can treat people like this. Any respectable company that had a real issue would have called us to let us know, to give us the chance to find another cake, and to explain the situation. There is no excuse for not delivering a product that has already been paid for in full, months in advance, and not reaching out to us. We didn't look at reviews because we had bought a cake from them 2 years ago that was great, but we picked it up ourselves that time. We never thought that a company could act so horribly in this day and age. We will keep trying to get in touch with these people and get our money back, plus more.

Af... read more I ordered two cakes to be delivered on May 6th, but unfortunately they never arrived. Despite my efforts to contact the restaurant by phone, no one answered. After discovering that the company was no longer located at their listed address on 400 Kenton Road, I realized I had been scammed. This was a major disappointment as it ruined my daughter's birthday celebration. In the past, I had ordered cakes from this place and they were usually delivered without issue, but this experience has left me out of pocket and disappointed.

Staff members were completely unprofessional and unhelpful they have refused to process a refund despite admitting to not delivering my cake. Completely ruined my birthday the kids were devastated. The company only cares about getting your money, not pleasing customers. Do not waste your time with Only Eggless buy your cakes from somewhere else. Spread the message to friends and family so they don't have to go through this horrible experience.

They did not deliver the cake at all and sen... read more The service I received from Only Eggless was absolutely shambolic. I ordered a cake on 27/02 for delivery on 06/03. They did not deliver the cake at all and sent us somebody else's order at 10pm! Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful over the phone and have refused to process a refund. They completely ruined a family's day that was supposed to be filled with fun and joy. Instead, Only Eggless caused distress and anxiety since they're only in it for the money! They don't care about their customers at all. Will never shop from here again.
