Communication before placing the order was good, so I didn't bother checking reviews since I had ordered from here many times before without any issues. However, this time was different as I ordered a custom cake, and everything was discussed and agreed upon through WhatsApp messages. I went to meet the person I had been communicating with in Wembley, who assured me that everything would be perfect. I made a full payment for the order to be processed, but a week before the event, I tried to check on the status of the cake and my messages were no longer being delivered. I tried calling multiple times, but there was no response and eventually found out that the company was temporarily closed. There was no notification informing customers of this, which was extremely disappointing. It would have been better if they had communicated that they would no longer be able to provide the service.
