Taco Samich - Tehachapi

The restaurant was clean, cozy and inviting. The lady at the counter was very friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. We stopped here on the way from northern California to Las Vegas, nv for a bite to eat. We ordered enchiladas, with rice and beans and 2 bottles of coke. I highly recommend Taco Samich if you get the chance. I wanted a breakfast burrito but it was past breakfast time and the lady at the counter was willing to make it anyway. I didnt want to put her out, so I ordered the enchiladas. Parking: The restaurant is on the ground floor and easy to access.

$28 for an elephant burrito and two wet tostadas? Burrito wasn't horrible, but could've definitely been better. It was mostly rice and didn't have much flavor. Wasn't even given any lemons, but was at least given enough salsa to finish it. Lettuce was really wet so the tostadas were all soggy. Could've had something more filling and satisfying literally anywhere else. Oh well.

We had the wet burritos and they were ok. Had a taste in there that didn’t belong I can’t put my finger on it. Not there fault, mine. My husband really enjoyed his burrito, so there you go.

I haven't been to this place in three years because I moved out of state and it's still the best place in tehachapi. The service great, the food is so flavorful and good. Love this place so much. The portion ate so big! I git the nachos with carnitas and I left full and happy and I can't wait for my next visit here!
