What Matt Moore dislikes about Ichiban:
Sushi was ok. We asked for extra rice and it had a weird soap taste to it. Staff was very inattentive and when I said I wasn 't paying for the extra rice because it tastes terrible I just got a dirty look and a what do you mean . Won 't be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, especially their garlic and shrimp dish. However, since they changed the recipe for all their dishes, the quality has gone downhill. I was extremely disappointed with the food I ordered tonight and will not be returning. Take out service for dinner cost around $20-30 per person. Overall rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1.
