Felt like my sandwich had no flavor and the top bun was toasted not not the bottom bun. Service was okay since it wasn’t busy but couldn’t get a refill for awhile.

The fries came out in an oil soup and ha... read more They do know how to smoke meat. Running a restaurant needs work. I had the big midget and garlic fries as an appetizer. The fries came out in an oil soup and had no flavor and weren't crisp at all. You can tell they were in a warmer for a while. This was a full plate of fries, but when I asked for ranch I got a thimble sized paper cup with ranch for the whole thing. The sandwich was good, but they forgot to toast the hoagie roll. Lastly I had to flag down any staff member I could to get a refill on my I've tea. There must have been 10+ staff running around, but not one was doing refills.

My family and I have tried their chicken, tri-tip, brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and a variety of sides, and everything has been absolutely delicious. Recently, they switched from counter service to table service, and it’s made the dining experience even better. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, with nice old western decor and well-maintained cleanliness throughout. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

The prices were good and the portions were generous but we liked most was the unique ambiance and outdoor patio dining. The meat was tender but did not have a lot of smoky flavorbut once smothered in BBQ sauce it was delicious.

Everything I read about about it was true. No wonder it's been winning awards consistently. Friendly and honest staff. I had BBQ brisket red cabbage slaw and Indian Fry bread with the works( powdered sugar, butter and honey). Heaven! I've had BBQall over America, this is some of the best brisket I've tasted! Not inexpensive but great with nice portions. Nice craft beers,indoor dining and outdoor menu. It can get busy, they've earned it. In business about 12+15 years. How did a Chinese woman'sfirst restaurant (American BBQ)come out so great?! Impressive. Whenever I'm back in the area Red House is a done deal. CoolT-shirts also.
