Located next to Rite Aid, I believe this is the only other spot in the city where you can get handmade ice. I think it’s a bit better than Rite Aid, but I can't say it holds a candle to Cold Stone Creamery. I give it 5 stars for service and selection. Every time I visited, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. They almost always have 31 flavors available. View all feedback.

My daughter had the kabocha sunshade, and I enjoyed a rocky road on Sunday. This restaurant offers delicious food, and the ladies who served us were exceptional.
