Was Jennifer W at Panda Express a mag?
The food was decent, but the packaging left much to be desired. The larger plate contained two entrées and two sides all jumbled together in one container, while the third entrée (beef and broccoli) was in a separate single-serving container. Unfortunately, it was mostly broccoli and ended up upside down in the bag, causing sauce to spill everywhere. Additionally, the sauces we wanted to order, like sweet and sour, w... View all feedback.
What Ashley P dislikes about Panda Express:
The orange chicken had the wrong sauce, resulting in a completely different flavor, and it was served cold. The chow mein was overloaded with raw onions and cabbage. View all feedback.
The food can be tasty at times, while other times it may fall short, but overall, it's not bad. The service is good—fast and efficient.
Since the onset of Covid-19, the quality of food at Panda Express has declined significantly. I ordered a plate of orange chicken with fried rice, but the chicken was lacking any orange sauce, and the batter was so hard that it nearly chipped my tooth. Additionally, when I finished placing my order, the cashier read it back to me and included a bowl that I hadn’t ordered. When I pointed this out, the cashier insisted that I had requested it. I was surprised and firmly but politely reiterated that I hadn’t ordered a bowl and asked for it to be removed. However, when I got home, I found that the bowl was still in my bag, despite my clarification. It’s really disappointing to see how customer service has deteriorated.
I asked if I could try a sample, but the lady informed me that they don't offer samples. This is the first Panda location where I've encountered this policy. I felt unwelcome, and the lady who assisted us was a bit rude. The orange chicken was awful, and my daughters didn't like it at all—we ended up throwing it away. We spent nearly $60 for a disappointing experience. Please remember, Panda, that customers return for good food and service, regardless of prices, as long as the quality is high and the service is exemplary.
I used to work at panda express many years ago and this location definitely has very small portions. Like unusually small and underfilled not too sure what that’s about. Also they seem to be out of items frequently enough to annoy you into just deciding to eat elsewhere. Another time I ordered, and one of the items I ordered they needed to make more of and so I proceeded to wait 20 minutes for a side of shrimp, and my other food was already in the box and cold lol. Legit. Another time I got food and went to the park and they didn’t give me utensils lol. Just all around this location could be doing better
