We placed an or... read more I had a terrible experience ordering takeout from this restaurant. Their website was not working properly and did not display a Covid-safe menu. We placed an order from their regular online menu, but were shortchanged with only 2 out of the 3 tacos we ordered, no avocados, and no rice. Additionally, the empanadas were missing one compared to what was described. When I called to address the issue, I was told to contact one of the owners at home. The owner seemed upset that his staff had given out his number and claimed to be too busy to talk, promising to call us the next day but never did. They also mentioned an email that we never received. We were left hungry and feeling overcharged, with little effort made by the restaurant to make things right. We always try to support local businesses, especially during these difficult times, but based on this experience, we will not be returning to this restaurant. We will instead choose to support other nearby businesses.

They only gave us a $10 discount on our $220 bill, which was disappointing. The server made excuses for each issue we encountered. They really need to hire more staff to improve their service.
