Many Hotel restaurants are poor. They have a captive audience so they don't have to try very hard. This one is not in that category. I travel to Northern NJ frequently and this is my go to place anywhere near Teaneck/ Hackensack area. The menu is a combination of modern Italian with a few traditional items. The service is always fantastic.(Thank you Leotilde and Felicia) this is one of the top restaurants in the area... View all feedback.
What Juliana M doesn't like about Pancetta:
Service was great very attentive and polite. Food was great for a hotel restaurant we ordered both off the regular menu and bar menu. Everything came out on time, well presented and warm enough. Husband's burger was perfectly cooked and our friends loved their dishes (rissotto with a braised shank and salad). Made a great martini too! View all feedback.
The waiter was really inattentive. Waiting times were high. Food was not great, it was alright. The space is nice and clean, not much noise around. The menu doesn’t offer many options for food.
The Easter brunch buffet was stunning and delightful.
The cheese ravioli in the sage butter sauce was delicious!
The service was outstanding, from the hostess to the wait-person. Felicia, our server, was attentive and helpful when needed, and stayed away when necessary. The food was excellent even with a slight salad problem. Great job, pancetta!
The restaurant does not offer anything special for special occasions. They had a limited menu, but were accommodating and made a simple pasta dish for a child in our group. I was pleased with the visit. The servers were friendly and provided excellent service.
