Mocha Bleu
Description
The restaurant received mixed reviews regarding service quality, with many mentioning long wait times and slow service. However, the food was consistently praised for its quality and taste. Despite some complaints about prices and rushed service, there were positive comments about the ambiance and specific servers who provided exceptional service. The option of gluten-free dishes was appreciated by some customers. Overall, while service may not be consistent, the food quality and positive experiences with certain servers make this restaurant worth considering.

Overpriced. Pasta was good, but very small portions. Even saw another customer complain about that. The Pop Truffle was a complete freak show. It didn't even include the Red Masago. They put literal popcorn on sushi. I've never seen any food moredepressing than that sushi. AND IT WAS $26!! This restaurant should really re-evaluate their prices, portions, and dishes. Andlets not mention the 20% gratuity automatically added. I've never had to pay $30 for that. They put more effort into the looksof the restaurant more than anything else.
Went with my wife for dinner. The food was delicious (Btw. Gotta try the churros picture doesn 't do justice absolutely divine!!! the place had a great ambience, and underwent beautiful new renovations. Staff were very helpful, friendly andpleasant. A shout out to our anazing waitress 'Danielle ' who was exceptional! Kudos to a great (and reasonably priced kosherrestaurant in Teaneck! Would definitely visit again! :
We went some time ago and had good service here after having been disappointed every time, and thought Mocha Bleu had finally stepped up their game. Not so. We went here on a Saturday night because they are basically the only kosher restaurant open Sat.night. The service was quite bad, serving our drinks, apps and mains all at once and then forgetting a main. Needless to say thefood is all ridiculously overpriced. I gave 2 stars because the food mostly tasted good. But oh the drinks. I have never paidfor a drink that was so horrible. They recently added a mixology bar which consists of the host seating people at the tablesoccasionally going back and mixing drinks. Their drinks menu looks appealing, serving drinks you can 't usually get kosher suchas a Smoky Boulevardier and a Negroni. We got these drinks and it was *pathetic*. The glasses chosen for serving were horriblymismatched to the beverage, not even filling up a full third of the glass. The drinks were served unceremoniously with nogarnish. They were served with the same ice used for shaking (you can tell by the blunted edges of the ice cube). The drinkswere not smoky for the one that claimed to be, and they were poorly made, getting the balance of sweetness wrong. Worst of all, they overdiluted the drink making them taste like awful watery swill. The best thing you can do is not order drinks from themuntil they either get the hint they need to improve or give up their liquor license for another restaurant to pick it up and dobetter than they can. But honestly avoid it if you can in general anyway.
Had an incredible experience! Our waiter, Eitan, took great care of us! Some of our favorites here are the “pepperoni” pizza and the spring bass rolls! Their lemon meringue is perfection! Love this place!
Service was slow, despite relatively few diners, and inaccurate. Our grandson was given the wrong drink, the “new” cauliflower offering was very spicy, and the “beyond burger” had no taste and was piled too high to eat (patrons should be told in advance). No justification for the automatic 20% service charge.
