However, the home fries were a bit bland. The menu is confusingly arranged, making it hard to distinguish between items, and the staff appeared uncertain about the options. It was also odd having to place orders at one spot and then pick up food and drinks from two separate locations.

We visited for lunch on a busy Sunday afternoon in August and were truly impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. The person at the front register was patient and helpful, guiding us through the menu and taking our orders with care. The manager, Alex, expertly crafted some delicious iced coffees at the coffee bar. At the bagel counter, the team graciously accommodated our special requests without hesitation. I had the Eggplant Parm and Garlic Knots, both of which were excellent. My friends enjoyed various pizzas, including the popular French Fry Pizza, which everyone loved. The food was delicious, and the whole staff worked together to make our meal a great experience. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to visit again soon.

I ordered a bialy, but I w... read more I experienced the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The staff behind the counter seemed indifferent to what I was saying. I ordered a bialy, but I was handed a roll instead. When I pointed this out, I was told that they didn't have any bialys available. I also requested tuna, but the employee was about to give me a white fish salad instead. It felt like there was no organization in place. How do they manage to stay in business?
