When I to... read more Every time I visit, the service is slow. I had a job interview scheduled for 3:00 PM on August 20, 2022. I arrived at 2:45 but was never acknowledged. When I told the cashier about my interview, she responded with an attitude while going to get the manager. The manager was slow to come out, and when she did, she just sat at the register doing nothing. Frustrated by the disrespect and disregard for my time, I decided to leave. I won’t tolerate such treatment. They need to improve.

My pre-ordered meal, which included just two sandwiches and a two-piece meal, was delayed by 45 minutes beyond the promised time. One employee was yelling at another to stop taking orders because she felt overwhelmed. The restaurant was a mess, with trash scattered on the floor and a sticky, unpleasant atmosphere that matched the frustration of everyone waiting. Truly an unbelievable experience. Well done, KFC Teaneck, well done!

We were pleasantly surprised by o... read more My girlfriend works in Teaneck and mentioned there might be some specials for a quick dinner, so we decided to give it a shot. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience! The restaurant was clean, and although it was empty, it was clear they were focusing more on drive-thru orders than dine-in customers. The food was excellent, and the cashier was very polite and happy to accommodate our order modifications. Overall, it was a great visit. After losing our local KFC in Neptune City, New Jersey, it was a pleasure to see KFC doing well at another location!

I specifically requested to substitute thighs for legs, but instead, I received thighs instead of the legs I asked for. I confirmed my request twice while placing the order and again when I received my bag.

The food was overly salty. The fries were quite salty, and the chicken pieces in the mac and cheese bowl were also heavily seasoned. The sauce contained too muc... read more The food was overly salty. The fries were quite salty, and the chicken pieces in the mac and cheese bowl were also heavily seasoned. The sauce contained too much salt as well. My friend's chicken sandwich was similarly salty; she even had to take a Tums to ease her stomach discomfort.
