We arrived at 4:45 PM, looking forward to grabbing some pizza for dinner. Unfortunately, the pizza looked like it had been left out all day. My son ordered a sub, but the meat and cheese were tough and dried out. The lettuce was so wilted that a staff member actually warned us not to take it. The bread was incredibly hard and crumbled apart. Overall, we were really disappointed with both the food and the service!

However, during my visit today, I... read more I'm not sure what went wrong this time. I've been coming to this store for the past two years, and it's always been fantastic. However, during my visit today, I encountered empty gas pumps, empty window wash containers, and a lack of coffee cups. Something has changed, and unfortunately, it's not for the better.

When I brought this issue to the attention of the attendant, she simply laughed as if it were no big deal. This attitude is highly unprofessional. I don’t plan to return to this location and will probably avoid all Casey’s in Sioux Falls from now on.

Many of the gas pumps were broken, and every window washing station was either empty or covered in grime, looking more like sludge. One even had diesel in the cleaning fluid container. If you're planning to stop here, save yourself the hassle and head to the Get N Go across the street instead. Their pump handles are much cleaner, and the customer service is far better. By the way, the menu at Casey's leaves much to be desired as well.
