I was short $1.07 that is a lot. I have never been to this Casey?s before in my life and I do not know anybody that works there. The cashier, whose name is Beth, actually said to me, ?Don?t worry about it, I will cover it for you.? Really? Who does that? I am still in shock that somebody working there was that amazing.THANK YOU!! View all feedback.
What Trisha Jacobi doesn't like about Casey's:
I think this place is managed by a pinecon. Several pumps from order. Every single window washing station empty or so dirty looks like swollen water. A washing station had diesel in the container. Make yourself a favor and go to the street n. Pump handles are much cleaner and customer service is 10 folds better. View all feedback.
I believe this location has a new manager, as well as some other new faces. All I can say is wow, the customer service has taken a drastic nose dive. On multiple occasions I have witnessed people ask simple questions, only to be told I don 't know/blown off. Literally 0 effort to service the customer. A gentleman asked if the compressed air was working, the employee stated they didn 't even know what that was. My guess is that the compresser was turned off, and they couldn 't be bothered to check. I asked if they happened to have a drink in the back, since it wasn 't stocked in the front. I got the same 0 effort of I don 't know/don 't think so. In times past, or with another employee, someone would have checked. The multiple negative encounters have all involved the same manager . Possibly the owner can provide some training, or offer some guidelines for dealing with the public. So sad, but I will be taking my business to another gas station.
We are happy to find a Casey General Store nearby to enjoy their legendary pizza but left a bit betwixt and between with a Pizza Ranch across the street. Oh well! We decided on CGS this time and found they continue to use the same quality ingredients which we like most about CGS pizza. However this location lacked somewhat service wise. Perhaps it was simply extra busy which may have created haste and the serving up of under cooked pizza. It was done but lacked the crispy crunch which is typical of the fresh out of the oven pizza we ordered. I tend to avoid those which are baked ahead for just that reason. They seem soggy and under cooked after the set for an indefinite amount of time. All and all CGS still has great pizza even if you do have to pop it in the toaster over for a couple of minutes when getting back to the house. At least I'm only 5 minutes away now.

Go somewhere else! constantly understated and badly managed. Stale food and slooow service
Get down! We stopped at 445 and expected some pizza for dinner. The pizza looked like she was sitting there all day. My son ordered the meat cheese to be dried very hard. The salad was so badly confused the employee even said we shouldn't get it the bread was so hard it was literally just crumbling... a lot bad food bad service!
