No matter what we choose, we always receive something completely di... read more I have consistently faced frustrating experiences with online ordering from this restaurant. No matter what we choose, we always receive something completely different and incorrect. Even when we pay extra for specific items, they are never included. During our most recent order, we even discovered long red and brown hairs in our salads. I cannot recommend ordering online from this establishment.

The line was quite long, and it would have been helpful if they had prioritized bringing someone else to assist at the front during the lunch rush. Since it was already 12:30, I expected a bit more urgency in managing the busy period.
