The restaurant itself is clean and charming, and the subs are quite tasty. The staff can sometimes come off as a bit distant, but they are still young and gaining experience in their roles.

The line was quite l... read more There was only one person making sandwiches and another at the register, while a third employee was noticeably missing, hiding in the back. The line was quite long, and it would have been helpful if they had prioritized bringing someone else to assist at the front during the lunch rush. Since it was already 12:30, I expected a bit more urgency in managing the busy period.

The staff were extremely rude, and the... read more I visited this Subway three consecutive Tuesdays around 8 PM, and each time my experience was consistently disappointing. The staff were extremely rude, and there were barely any toppings available for my sandwiches. I even overheard one employee telling another to leave while he took care of the orders. Honestly, this is the worst Subway I have ever been to, and I usually have a relaxed attitude. My food was thrown onto the counter without care, and there was no greeting or thank you whatsoever.

They were arguing and joking among themselves, making it hard to get their attention. Unfortunately, they also got both my husband’s and my orders wrong. The staff didn’t seem very friendly and were excessively noisy.
