Cant tell what type of Japanese food you are looking for but you cannot compare this to Tokyo Tokyo. The food is great and I haven't been disappointed in any of my trips here at this restaurant. And just today you have eaten this simple looking dish but when you combine either fish, rice or salad in your mouth it will create a different taste that you are sure to like. Not exactly our go to restaurant for Japanese food but I was longing for some soup. Hubby and I shared a Katsudon and a Gomoku Ramen. I've had better Gomoku Ramen which had a thicker more flavorful broth. The shrimps didn't feel fresh. The flavor was ok, enough to satisfy my soup craving. This place is expensive, but not as expensive as other Japanese restaurants. I would say that the gyoza taste good and the broth of the rammen also, but I think it could be better.

The first time to try their ritter and the description on the menu does not fit to the actual eating when served. I had the tonkotsu ramen, broth was not so rich and tasteful, but the pork was tender. noodles had the correct textur. not too tight, not too slow. the california maki tasted as if there were no mango. only kani and gurke. was used as a dry rice. the personal was polite.
While we went out with my daughter in sm city taytay, we came across this two g of rai ken. we usually do not come over rai rai ken filialen in our usual hunting and since I through my ramen phase and my daughter is a tempura aficionado, we decided to have our dinner here.
