Madison Lounge - Pasay

Good place to dine with amazing ambiance but the price is still overrated for the food choices in the buffet. But this is still a five star hotel so a good point to have a good date.

Just went here recently. The service time is very slow. It took more than an hour for us to receive our food. They had a lot of staff but the service was really bad. They don't pay attention to customers. We were sitting down while waiting and not even water was served. We asked for water and still waited 30 minutes for water to arrive. At this point we had asked for water from two servers and it was only when we asked the manager was water served to our table. Don't let the glamour of the place fool you. The food is so so and the terrible service isn't worth the wait for such small servings of expensive food. The staff seem to just be walking around, a table next to us took 30 minutes before it was cleared when the customers had already left, which could have been a table used for the next set of guests. For a hotel, the lobby ran rather inefficiently. Definitely do not eat here. Unless you're wiling to wait a very long time. P.S. They served me expired mustard that tasted really off. I would check your condiments before using them

Everything is worth it especially if you love desserts like me.
