They went for swim, we sat down at... read more Never been before, with my partner who happens to be permanently wheelchair bound, along with daughter and friend, visiting. They went for swim, we sat down at the terrace table on the far right to enjoy a drink and take in the fabulous views,. First, we saw a waiter who immediately told us that the table was reserved, I said where the reservation card? She walks away. Next, another member of staff not in their very pretentious uniform informs me that I had to provide my name and phone number. 10 minutes later, another waiter returns with a table mat with a live QR code for the menu. The one stuck on the table doesn't work! We asked for drinks. She left again and returned with plates and napkins. We then ordered the drinks 30 minutes after sitting down. Got fizzy not still water then another waiter asked me for my order. Feeling intimidated I order some ham croquettes another 30 mins then the girls returned and they and my paraplegic partner wanted to leave., I walked into the restaurant to the casher the lady who had taken my name earlier told her that my food hadn't arrive and the water was not replaced. She just gave me a bill for 19,50€ I paid it that was an expensive beer! Poor service, rude and arrogant attitude. Not impressed. Never tasted the food but I paid for it anyway!

I came in a biking with a coverup and slippers (as it’s on the beach I think that would be ok) The waitress was nice and service on spot, food was very tasty and we hade a very nice lunch. Can definitely recommend to eat tuna and drink margaritas in bibo.
