Make sure to make a reservation, as it's definitely a place worth visiting. For vegetarian options, my husband found the tofu noodles to be absolutely delightful. The Anchorage Bistro was within a couple of m... read more After a long journey of about 3 hours to get there and check in to our hotel, we decided to have something to eat. The Anchorage Bistro was within a couple of minutes walk. On entering we were abruptly told the the last orders for food was 8.30 pm. A quick glance at my watch showed it to be 8.33pm. Can't comment on the food but the customer service SUCKS!!! Has obviously gone down hill since the good reviews are at more or less a year old. Could be the next restaurant in Tarbert to close down.
