not the largest selection of baked goods compared to some other costa filials, but the service was excellent and I was reliably informed by my wife that the coffee is excellent! View all feedback.
What Jez P doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Customers being lied to by the shop manager and other staff about no iced drinks available… then watching the shop manager make herself a Frappe drink. Seating areas get closed off leaving customers with no where to sit. . View all feedback.
This restaurant review is terrible. The young lady, Jenny or Georgie, was not only grumpy but also had poor hygiene with dirty clothes, dirty nails, and failing to wash her hands after touching her face. This is unacceptable when working with food. If I were a health inspector, I would shut this place down. I highly recommend not going here.
Walked in to Costa ordered coffee toasted sandwich and some cereal £10.25 I'm told I presented a £20 note to be told couldn't possibly expect a £20 note Starbucks opposite early did Costa will never get my money again I've been a customer for over 10 years couldn't take a £20 note their be pleased of cash that's what built it
The restaurant tends to close early, usually before 6pm. If you arrive around 5:15pm, they may not be able to heat up food or prepare anything other than basic coffee, as the kitchen appliances have already been shut off and cleaned. The establishment could benefit from a thorough cleaning and update. The Starbucks across the street appears to be a better option.
Very polite helpful staff. Quick to be served even though it was quite busy. Order brought to table. Good hot sausages, tasty coffee
