What User doesn't like about Insomnia Cookies:
The brownie was good, but the paper it was packed in stuck to the brownie when I opened it. While eating a small amount of paper may happen from time to time, the issue here is that the shiny paper used is likely to contain harmful chemicals like PFAS. I shared a cookie assortment with my friends at this restaurant. I sampled the birthday cake and snickerdoodle cookies, both of which were delicious. The birthday cake cookie happened to be vegan, but you couldn't even tell - it was that good! The restaurant was busy, but the staff still managed to provide excellent customer service.
