I understand that working in retail and dealing with customers can be challenging, so I typically don't fault staff for being unenthusiastic. However, the employees at this Panera Bread were notably unfriendly and discourteous. Even though the location and seating area are pleasant, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

It was a bustling Sunday during lunchtime, but the staff was friendly and offered outstanding customer service. I chose the chipotle chicken bacon ranch flatbread pizza, which had a light, crispy crust and deliciously juicy chicken. The portion was bigger than I expected. I highly recommend it!

I recommend driving a few miles east to Erie Blvd for a better experience.
