Panera Bread - Syracuse

I popped in for a speedy lunch while in between showing homes to clients in Camillus and Geddes. It was a busy Sunday at lunchtime. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I opted for the chipotle chicken bacon ranch flatbread pizza, which had a light and crispy crust with flavorful juicy chicken. The portion size was larger than anticipated. I highly recommend it.

I keep coming back to this restaurant because of the great location, delicious food, and friendly staff. Every visit is always a success. I love the smell of the coffee and the tasty dishes.

Recently, I made the mistake of bringing my family to this location. I recognize the difficulties of working in retail and interacting with customers, so I usually don't hold it against staff for being indifferent. However, the staff at this Panera Bread were particularly unfriendly and rude. Despite having a nice location and seating area, I would advise against dining at this restaurant.

The staff at this Panera is rude, entitled and unprofessional. It's also loud and poorly decorated. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles east to Erie Blvd.

Always a great friendly experience. Wendy is especially wonderful. Happy to have the coffee subscription with this location so close to home!
