The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful, and the overall experience was fantastic. There was a small misunderstanding on our part with our order, but the staff quickly resolved it with amazing customer service. We also tried their free falafel, which was incredibly tasty and aromatic. We will definitely be returning in the future! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sumera:
I usually don't write food reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. The food was extremely subpar and lacked any flavor. It was not worth the money for a decent meal. I recommend avoiding this restaurant altogether. All four dishes I tried were disappointing. Hopefully they can improve in the future. The reviews I read did not match my experience at all. My recommendation is to go if they are already full. the staff is very polite and friendly.
Food is tasteless and old. Everything was warmed up and half of menu was out of stock. Don't recommend at all. The sauces are old and expired. All the recent reviews are made up. The deserts are terrible.
Great friendly staff...food was meh... the lamb was steakums [shaved beef..or maybe lamb]...and the chicken tasted like rotisserie without seasonings. Just wasn't worth 20 a plate.
Third visit.This place has changed for better. Everything was in order and the food tasted much better. The staff were great and quick.[My second visit] There was a new waitress who didn't seem very courteous. We had to wait a long time before we got served. Then we ordered tea. It took 20 minutes before we ask again. But the tea was really good. The service is really not satisfactory. The waitress should be smiling at customers.[My first visit] The food is good and the price is reasonable. The only thing is that it takes a while before you get the food.
Amazing well seasoned chicken cubes. The lamb chops cooked properly and juicy!!! Keep your magic going Hakeem!!!!
