Anthony, who is involved in the party planning, is unresponsive to customers, changes prices unexpectedly, and appears overwhelmed. Hopefully the owner, Nancy, will notice these issues before the restaurant's reputation suffers. From my experience, it seems like this family has forgotten the importance of customer service. I recommend looking for another venue for your event.

This... read more My girlfriend and I were recommended to Gee Gee's by my parents, who are frequent customers at a diner where one of the employees also works at Gee Gee's. This employee, Anthony, is truly a jack of all trades and excels at everything he does. The restaurant is owned and operated by Anthony's family, and we were not disappointed in the least. From the warm and fresh bread with garlic butter to the delightful desserts, every bite was delicious. The greens were flavorful and topped with a light cheese, while the salads were fresh and the Italian dressing was exceptional. My girlfriend ordered the chicken rigatoni in vodka sauce, which had perfect chunks of chicken and amazing flavor. As for me, the chicken parmigiana was hands down the best I've had in Syracuse. The breading was crispy, the chicken cooked to perfection, and the sauce was not too runny. The brownie dessert with vanilla ice cream was still warm when it arrived at our table, and everything was served hot and fresh. They even packaged our leftovers neatly for us to take home. We were thoroughly impressed, satisfied, and delighted. Gee Gee's is now our go-to spot for delicious Italian cuisine.
