I went to Jack the Dipper while visiting the WCU campus in Cullowhee, and I was not disappointed! The Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream was amazing, and the Cappuccino Crunch was equally delicious. If you decide to get a freshly made waffle cone (which I strongly recommend), go for the cinnamon flavor. It's so delicious that you might be tempted to eat it first and save the ice cream for later! I will definitely return if I'm ever in the area again.
The restaurant was unclean, and the person working behind the counter was quite rude.
Jack the Dipper is a wonderful place to go to. The service is wonderful with high standards. Having walked through the door with up to fifteen kids in tow I have watched the wait staff crank out our orders while still paying attention to each detail.
