As a Veteran from Murphy, NC, who frequently travels to medical appointments in Sylva and Asheville, visiting your establishment has been a delightful highlight during these trips. Over the past 12 weeks, I have had the pleasure of dining at Kostas Express Restaurant several times, and I must say that each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. The food served at your restaurant is truly outstanding and delicious, exceeding my expectations every time. And for $45.00 tip I expected better. The salads are tiny, the meat dry and not seasoned, and all I got was a hamburger steak....it was awful. The potatoes were instant, had to ask for condiments...not what I expected. Won't be back.

My wife purchased sliced Roast Beef with gravy and green beans paid $17.95. Green beans were from a can and she didn’t eat them. Overpriced for mediocre food.
